Kevin Felice

40NORTH Corporate Chef

Kevin is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University’s Culinary Program, and completed his education also studying economics at Seton Hall University. Kevin began his career at The Hilton Hotel in Short Hills, NJ, where he worked under the direction of Chef Richard Kennedy. While there Kevin led the re-opening of the dining room which received some of the highest accolades in the state. Kevin then went on to be the Executive Chef and Owner of The Cargo Café in Staten Island, NY. Since joining the company in 2011, Kevin has helped focus the creative menu development for 40NORTH and each of its unique brands. “Flavor should be clean and simple. I enjoy taking familiar flavors and dishes and presenting them in a new and exciting way that surprises my guests. Comfort can be cutting edge if you are innovative in your technique.” Recent accomplishments include the conception and openings of The Office Tavern Grill brand, Piattino Neighborhood Bistro brand and the re-opening of George + Martha’s American Grill.

Daniel Zappulla

Executive Chef

Daniel came to the 40NORTH team in 2015 where he has been instrumental in leading the culinary team at The Office Tavern Grill in Summit. Daniel’s skills recently earned him the additional culinary duties right next door at Piattino – A Neighborhood Bistro. Before joining the 40NORTH family, Daniel was the banquet chef at The Olde Mill Inn in Basking Ridge, NJ and a cook at The Cranford Hotel. Daniel attended the Morris County School of Technology and Johnson and Whales University, where he honed his skills and developed a unique approach to the modern American and Italian menus, wowing guests with his fun and inventive food.

Michael Fox

General Manager

Michael joined the 40NORTH family in 2011 to run Steelworks Buffet & Grill, our full service restaurant located at the Sands Casino in Bethlehem, PA. After a facelift and successful relaunch in 2014, Michael transferred to The Office Beer Bar & Grill in Summit to lead that team through its own relaunch and renovation into The Office Tavern Grill. His restaurant career began in the 1980's when he joined Bennigan’s as an hourly employee. Michael then enjoyed a ten-year stint at Eccoqui Restaurant in Bernardsville, NJ. From there, he went on to lead the food & beverage and events teams at The Marriot Hotel in Los Angeles, CA for five years. Michael’s vast years of knowledge in the restaurant industry allow him to direct the crafted experience served at The Office Tavern Grill. He, and the entire team in Summit look forward to creating memories for every Guest for years to come!
